Founded by Jeff Bassman, a licensed massage therapist, certified yoga instructor, and Reiki master, Shire Wellness offers massage, stretching, yoga and reiki as individual services, along with a combined session.
With experience across both spa and clinical settings, Jeff takes a practical, intuitive approach, working with a mix of techniques to help reduce pain, improve mobility and restore balance.
